What is a TOEFL and how can it help you?

TOEFL stands for “Test of English as a Foreign Language.” The TOEFL is the most widely recognized test measuring one’s accuracy in the English language. The TOEFL consists of four components: listening, reading, speaking and writing.

A TOEFL is often required for students to be admitted into English language speaking universities as well as for immigration purposes. Studying for this test often entails months of weekly lessons, typically with a trained professional and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) English language teacher.

Does anyone know the time limit for each section?

Can anyone offer examples of the types of tasks that are required to complete?

We’d love your feedback!
